Maximum occupancy: Sleeps 4 - up to two additional children under 2 years of age.  There is now charge for children           age 2 & under if sleeping with parents or in a crib. (crib not provided by Mountain Aire Vacation Rental)

    Two-night minimum stay required

    NO SMOKING - NO PETS

       May 16 – Oct. 31:   $150 nightly (plus tax & one time cleaning fee)

       Nov. 1 – May 15:    $110 nightly (plus tax & one time cleaning fee) Mondays – Thursdays

    $15/night each additional guest over 2 guest per night (5 yrs. & under stay free)

    A cleaning fee of $50 is added for each stay.

   Excessive Cleaning Charge: $45/hr, with a one-hour minimum.
      To avoid an excessive cleaning charge, please perform the following before leaving: remove garbage & recycling, wash
      the dishes, clean appliances & BBQ, wipe counter top, and return items to original location.  Clean dishes maybe left in
      the drainer or dishwasher to dry.  If all the dishes do not fit in the drainer, dry and put them away.

    Sales and Lodging Tax Applicable ~ lodging tax (7.6%)

    A signed copy of the rental agreement, is due prior to arrival date.

   Arrival is after 4 PM (PST) and departure before 11 AM (PST) to allow for cleaning between guests.

    Payment: Payment in-full is required to confirm all reservations. Full payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
      date. With the exception of reservation made with less than 30 days to arrival date.
 
    Cancellations: Cancellations may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation. There are no refunds
      for changes or cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

    Trip Insurance may be purchased through CSA Travel Protection - 1-800-554-9839 to cover emergencies resulting in
      cancellation.

    There is a $20 non-refundable fee for handling each reservation.
