The Vacation Rental sits on 2 acre overlooking Lake Merwin

  Local Phone Service - There is a block on long distance calls on the telephone.  You will need a calling card to place any long distant phone calls.  NO grantee for cell phone coverage in this area.  Check with your cell phone company  for your coverage areas.

Front Deck: The front deck is located off of the kitchen, with easy access to enjoy cooking outdoors on the BBQ.

Back Deck/Patio: The deck is located right off of the living room, with a Spectacular Scenic View of the surrounding Mountains & Lake Merwin.  Enjoy the peaceful beauty of the surrounding scenery.  Occasionally you may have a chance to view Deer & Elk grazing freely on the property.

Kitchen: The Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go.  Includes a blender, toaster, coffee machine, hand mixer, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator & stove.  Of Course all pots, pans, dishes and silverware are included.

Dining Room: The dining room seating is conveniently set for 4 , but quickly expands with additional table inserts.

Living Room: The living room is comfortable & cozy.  It includes a couch, love seat, and 2 chairs, & electric fireplace.  Amenities include a TV (Local TV Stations Only), and a DVD/VCR player.

Bedroom 1: Bedroom 1 has a full/double size bed, with a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 has a full/double bed, with a standard closet.

Bathroom: one bathroom - (sink, toilet, bathtub/shower).

  All linens and towels for the number of Guest(s) on your reservation.

The vacation rental is comfortably heated with furnace heating.

  A small area in the backyard is fenced

Small Outdoor Fire Pit: All outdoor fires will be susceptible to Local/Federal regulations.  Before arriving please contact the Pacific Cascade Region office at (306) 577-2025, or click on link for information on burning ban Cowlitz Co. Burn Ban Information.  Burn bans are usually starts July 15 and runs thru September 30.  No burning allowed during that time.

Liquid hand soaps, dish soap, dish sponges, dish towels, vacuum, broom, dust pan, automatic dishwasher liquid, garbage bags, laundry soap, coffee filters, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper.

One Flashlight for power outages.

We Do Not Supply

Any food, spices, sugar, bar soap, shampoo, tinfoil, plastic freezer/lunch bags, saran/plastic wrap, fabric softener, facial tissues, charcoal, charcoal lighter fluid, matches, or Crib(s).
